Apple & Cider Tasting Workshop: Saturday 1/25, 2:30pm
An educational tasting workshop where we will explore a selection of our cider apples and their corresponding ferments. We will focus on the profile of given apples, and how they transform into a finished hard cider. Workshop will run about 1.5 hours, water and crackers provided. Don’t hesitate to attend if you’ve been to our workshops before - this one will dive into new apples, ferments, and finished ciders. $10 Cider Club, $20 General Public. Sign up here!

Cider History Lecture: Saturday 2/22, 4:00pm
Join historian Mark Turdo (Pommel Cyder) as he returns to the Cidery to explore the question, “Did Prohibition Prohibit Cider?” Lecture runs about 45 minutes, with time for questions afterwards.
