How to Make Hard Cider
Go behind the scenes with our cidermakers and see how our hard cider is made. This workshop is interactive & educational, and designed to give you tips and suggestions for resources needed to make your own! $20 General Public, $15 Cider Club. RSVP below and pay on the day.
Trivia at the Cidery
Back for the winter season, our trivia night will keep everyone on their toes! Five rounds, prizes after each and one grand prize. 21+ Event. $10 Entry, includes a small pour of cider (non-alcoholic options available). RSVP below and pay at the door.
Apple & Cider Tasting Workshop
We will be learning about and sampling some of our best cider-specific apples, and will compare them to their corresponding ferments. An interactive and educational workshop - even if you’ve attended before, there is always more to learn! $15 Cider Club, $20 General Public. RSVP below and pay on the day.
Late Night
Our monthly Cider Night. Hot cider, hot toddies, newest bottle selections, plenty of heated indoor space, games galore, and fire pits weather-permitting. Bring your own food and enjoy a cozy winter evening on the farm.
Wassail Celebration & Artisan Market
Come partake in the ancient tradition of “Wassail”: coming to an apple orchard in winter to help usher in good luck for a bountiful harvest in the upcoming year! We’ll be making noisemakers to play near the trees (or bring your own!), hanging cider-soaked bread in the trees for the robins (a traditional Wassail practice), and partaking in hot cider. We’ll also be hosting some local artisans, who will be selling their wares in the Cidery (list of artisans coming soon). Fire pits will be going outside and we’ll have some themed Cidery offerings for the occasion.

Cider History Talk
Cider Historian Mark Turdo returns for his annual history talk: this year’s title is “to be found in every house": Cider in Eighteenth-Century America”. We always learn so much from Mark, and it’s a great way to spend a winter afternoon! Admission includes a small pour of cider (non-alcoholic available too). $20 General Public, $15 Cider Club, RSVP below and pay on the day.
Cider & Charcuterie
Spend a special afternoon with your Valentine (or Galentine!) enjoying locally sourced charcuterie and curated cider pairings. More details coming soon.
Blending Workshop
The latest in our educational workshop series, this class will introduce you to the basics of blending in cidermaking. You’ll explore how different single varietals work well together (or don’t) and how blends are balanced to create great cider. This will be interactive, as you will be tasting and learning about different ciders before creating some blends of your own! $20 General Public, $15 Cider Club - RSVP below and pay at the door.
Grafting Workshop
Gary will be teaching the basics of grafting fruit trees, and will show you how to do so yourself! This is a great class for anyone who has trees, wants to plant them, or simply wants to learn the precise art of grafting from a seasoned orchardist. $20 General Public, $15 Cider Club.
